  • Condition: The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Footwear should be returned in its original box.
  • Receipt: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over a certain amount to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process

Exchanges

Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, items that are worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
